One-to-one appointments

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of a one-to-one EFT with Rose appointment for a full refund to be issued.

If it’s less than 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation, no refund will be issued but you can reschedule for another time.

Group tapping tickets

EFT with Rose group tapping tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Gift vouchers

EFT with Rose gift vouchers are available to buy. Please contact me, Courtney, to discuss this further. Please note: gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
